Join Dobra Zemlja Winery for Behind the Cellar Door To Say "Vive Le Vin" in Amador!
The Amador Vintners' 9th annual "Behind the Cellar Door" event features barrel tasting, tasty eats and entertaining seminars at 36 Amador wineries, with an emphasis this year on our region's diverse array of grape varieties originating in southern France, northern and southern Italy and Spain. At Dobra we will be releasing our 2010 Barbera and barrel tasting our 2011 Sangiovese.
Another exciting feature of "Behind the Cellar Door" this year is the addition of several winemaker dinners. Ours will be on Saturday night, March 3rd at 6:00 PM. Please make sure to purchase your tickets when buying your weekend tickets online. There might be a few tickets available at the door for the dinner if it is not sold out.
Advance tickets to "Behind the Cellar Door" are available now at www.amadorwine.com (click on "Behind the Cellar Door") or by calling (toll-free) 1-888-655-8614. Tickets are $50 per person for the entire weekend ($15 for designated drivers) or $35 for Sunday only, and include a commemorative wine glass. Separate admission, also available on line, is required for the winemaker dinners and Sunday brunch. When purchasing your tickets, please specify the winery at which you will pick up your glass and begin your day — hopefully, with us!

Winemaker's Dinner
Join us for our very first Winemaker's dinner in the cave at 6:00 PM Saturday night, March 3!! Seating is limited to the first 40 people to buy tickets!!
A plated dinner will be served in Dobra’s cave. Each course will be paired with wines chosen by the winemaker. The meal includes appetizers (gulf shrimp shooters, sirloin parmesan crostini), salad, a choice of entrees (lobster ravioli, chicken duxelle, bone-in veal chop) and dessert.
The cost is $65.00 per person.
