3rd Annual Ugly Sweaters for a Cause with the Wineries of Steiner Road

Ugly Sweater Weekend is back on Steiner Road in Amador Wine Country. Wear your ugliest holiday sweater and join the wineries of Start of Steiner – Amador County’s First Wine Trail as we celebrate the holidays and give back to our local community by supporting the Amador Vintners Association’s holiday food drive benefiting the Interfaith Foodbank of Amador County. The wineries of Steiner Road, as members of the Amador Vintners Association, are adding even more fun to the festivities with an Ugly Sweater Contest the weekend of Friday, December 8th to Sunday, December 10th. Make sure to tag and follow @startonsteiner on Instagram or Facebook with the best pic of your group enjoying the festivities in their ugliest, ugly holiday sweaters for a chance to be crowned the winner of our inaugural ugly holiday sweater contest.

Each Steiner Road winery will have a unique and festive offering for those who donate at one of the participating wineries listed below a minimum of ten in-date, non-perishable food items from Friday, December 8th to Sunday, December 10th. Those who make a qualifying donation will receive a wristband (maximum of two wristbands per donation) valid for special offers at each of the participating wineries on the day of their donation. Here at Dobra Zemlja Winery, event participants will enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and an additional 10% discount on wine purchase. Don’t forget to enjoy some of our spirit warming mulled wine during your visit.
